Grupotel Orient
Grupotel Orient*** is a good hotel, regarding to feel and atmosphere comparable with Taurus Park. This hotel has been renovated in the winter of 2016, upgrading it to a 4-star hotel. Orient is located directly next to Taurus Park. The bike sports centre is just around the corner.
Location
Quiet and situated at a slight elevation at the end of the Playa de Palma, approximately 500 m distance to the sandy beach, an approximate distance of 10 km to the airport and around 15 km to the capital Palma, with a good connection by bus.
Facilities
7 floors, 273 rooms, 2 lifts, lobby with reception, internet corner free, free WiFi, bar, lounge with sattelite-TV, non-smoking restaurant, in the outside area a sun terrace, pool with sunbeds and parasols, pool- and snackbar.
WIFI is free through the whole hotel and of course also in the rooms.
Rooms
The rooms are renovated in the winter of 2016 and are suitable for 1 to 3 persons. The rooms are fitted with airconditioning/heating, telephone, satellite-television, rental safe, bath/shower, blow dryer and balcony.
Food and beverages
Half board, mornings (on Sundays with champagne) and evenings extensive buffets, twice per week gala dinner or subject orientated buffet.
This hotel has got the possibilty to book All Inclusive. This includes:
A generous buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
During the meals and in the bars of the hotel all national alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:30 am till 11:30 pm.
Coffee and cake from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm at the hotel bar lounge.
Entertainment
Animation programme, shows 5 times a week or dancing with live music.
Sports / fitness
Indoor pool (heated till the end of May), whirlpool, table tennis, air rifle shooting, bow shooting, minigolf, boccia, aerobics, darts.
In the neighbouring Grupotel-hotel Taurus Park there is a fitness room, sauna, Turkish steambath, 3 tennis courts with artificial grass floor, 2 of them are lightened (light comes with extra payment) are at disposal. The formidably equipped fitness- and wellness area of the neighbouring Grupotel-hotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa may be used (to an additional fee).

The prices are per person and based on 2 persons in a standard double room. Prices include:
