A holiday package consists of hotel, airport transfer and our bikeservice. Booking this package is more beneficial than booking the different services seperately. That's why most of our guests book a holiday package. Below you will find the package prices for our different hotels. The prices are per person and based on 2 persons in a standard double room. Prices include:
- Stay of 8 days/7 nights, based on half board (extended breakfast and dinner buffet)
- Transfer from and to the airport

- Cycling repair service by our mechanics (for your own of rental bike)
- Pick up service by breakdown on the road

The most beneficial way to book your cycling holiday with us on Mallorca is our holiday package. If you want take care of your own flight, accommodation and airport transfer and just want to experience our bike service, that is no problem. You can book our bike service seperately through this website, or on spot in our Service Center on Mallorca. Our Full-Service package consists of:

- Optional: If you want to ride with the guided tours supplementary tickets are obligatory. We offer guided tours on monday-tuesday-thursday-friday. These tickets cost €5,- p.p. per tour.
Because Mallorca is a popular holiday destination, affordable flights are available all year. Most of our guests book their flights themselves. Would you prefer us booking your tickets? We're happy to help you. We charge a €10,- service fee per person.
Tips for booking your tickets:
An easy way to compare flights is through www.google.com/flights. Choose your airport and fill in Palma de Mallorca as your destination. After entering your departure- and return dates, google will automatically search for all airlines and fares available. By clicking on the "+" next to your airport of departure you will be able to see airlines and fares from other nearby airports as well. By doing this you will be able to find a flight which suits you best very quickly. Through the airlines own website, you can book the flight afterwards.
Extra tip 1: Sometimes it is more beneficial to book both flights through different airlines as that is cheaper. Look for single flights for both dates and book them seperately.
Extra tip 2: Flight fares are subject to change depending on supply and demand. By booking your flights early you have a bigger chance to have cheaper fares.
Insurance
If you need cancellation insurance, or travel insurance for your holiday, you can order those through Fred Rompelberg as well. The insurance company that provides our insurances is the well-known Dutch Europeesche Verzekering Maatschappij N.V. In collaboration with Europeesche we offer:
- A short term cancellation insurance
- The short-term cancellation insurance makes it possible to get a (partial) refund when cancelling your trip, for instance because of an injury or an emergency at home. This insurance costs 8.8% of what your total trip costs. The specific cases in which this cancellation insurance can be applied can be found in the policy conditions. (In English)(opens up a PDF-file) For your own comfort, we recommend to arrange a cancellation insurance with an insurance company from your own country. In our experience, when you need to cancel your holiday you will need to provide a detailed explanation of your reasons to cancel. This communication is more convenient and effective in your own language.
